1. User Account
1.1. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to suspension of all of them.
1.2. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view the ClixGrid, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.3. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. If you Inactive then your account is temporarily suspended and any account balance, memberships, points and referrals will be deleted.
1.4. After 90 days of inactivity, your account will be closed. It is possible to request to activate your account again with a support ticket to the admin.
2. Referrals
2.1. You may refer as many people as you want. Unlimited direct referrals.
2.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.3. You should Earn 5% to 20% commission of your referrals Purchase and Upgrade based on your Membership.
3. ClixGrid Ads
3.1. You, as a Standard Member, can only have a chance to click 50 Grids once for each 24 hours.
3.2. Upgraded Members have a chance of more than 50 Grids to 250 Grids per 24 hour based on their Memership.
3.2. It is recommended to view the advertisements via a wide resolution device such as computer or tab or mobile(6 inch+) connected to internet.
3.3. We accept any kind of advertisement except for those pages that have redirect to another page, have adult, malicious code and illegal content.
3.4. Your advertised webpage must load within 7 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
3.5. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
4. Forum Usage
4.1. As a ClixGrid Member You have a access to read and post on the Forum.
4.2. We do not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless posts towards either our members or our staff.
4.3. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
4.4. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics.
4.5. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
5. No Payments
5.1. We are the ClixGrid.Org. We don't pay any withdrawal to the users.
5.2. There is no option to withdraw your earning. We have removed all withdrawal option from ClixGrid.Org.
5.3. But you can use your earned money for advertising at ClixGrid.Org.
6. Payments to ClixGrid
6.1. All payments are Non-Refundable.
6.2. All Payments made to ClixGrid through through Payeer, Perfect Money, BitCoin and CoinPayments and doesn't need to be made from verified accounts and the payment will be accepted from unverified account.
6.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
7. Account Suspension
7.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
7.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
7.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.
7.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 90 days of inactivity.
8. Spam
8.1. Spam is not permitted. If your account has been found to be sending spam, it will be removed without notice. You will not be able to sign up again.
8.2. ClixGrid does not permit using the forum for sending advertisements. Members found using these services to send spam, ask users to join programs , or in any way using these services for promotion may find their access to the forum revoked. Repeated offenses will result account suspension and/or permanent banning.
